DIESEL TECHNICIAN TRAINING*

We designed this program to prepare you to be an entry-level diesel technician who is trained in all areas of repair, maintenance, failure analysis and diagnosis. This is accomplished through lab work that simulates the realistic settings of both repair and diagnosis in the transportation industry. You will study with a concentration on operation, maintenance, rebuilding and troubleshooting procedures. In the shop workspace, students work in small groups on two major activities - rebuilding and diagnosing real equipment found throughout the industry.

Diploma in Commercial Truck Driving: The objective of the commercial truck-driving course is to prepare students for entry-level positions as drivers in over-the-road or local driving. This course focuses on basic information about the trucking industry, the trucks themselves, and truck driving as well as the fundamentals of operating these trucks and tractor-trailers. It is not required to have previous education or experience with trucks. As a student, you will be required to meet all qualifications and requirements made mandatory by the Bureau of Motor Carrier Safety and (DOT) Department of Transportation.

Diploma in Tractor Trailer Driving Training: Fundamentals of employment in the transportation industry, which includes compliance and safety issues, are also covered. Without delay, once you complete your training, you will be prepared to test for their A-Z license. During your studies, you will learn and practice skills with hands on instruction in the same type of equipment used in the trucking industry.
